Demand Analyst, Supply Chain

This is a role for you who want to improve how demand planning works in practice, not just maintain existing routines. You will step into a global supply chain environment where forecasting, analytics, reporting, and planning capabilities are being developed to become more accurate, data-driven, and scalable.

You will work close to the demand planning process and help challenge current ways of working through better analysis, clearer insights, and stronger planning support. The role also has an important part in a major planning system journey, where a new APS solution or a significant upgrade is being considered. That means you will have the chance to influence both process and system development in a meaningful way.

You will join a team with high ambitions around digitalization, analytics, and AI within supply chain planning. If you enjoy combining business understanding with data and systems, this is a strong opportunity to build expertise in a forward-looking planning environment.

• You will develop and improve forecasting methods across the global demand planning process.
• You will turn data into actionable insights and recommendations that support better planning decisions.
• You will strengthen analytics, reporting, and planning capabilities to improve performance and visibility.
• You will help challenge and refine existing planning processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• You will work with planning systems and business data to support digitalization and more modern ways of working.
• You will contribute to the journey toward a new APS solution or a major upgrade of the current planning setup.
• You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and help connect supply chain needs with data, systems, and process development.

• Experience or education within Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
• Strong analytical capability and a curious mindset.
• Interest in systems, data, digitalization, and process improvement.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

• Experience working with planning systems.
• Experience with ERP.
• Experience with APS.
• Experience with BI, reporting, or analytical tools.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies within supply chain planning.
