Senior Scrum Master

You will step into a key role in a software development environment where agile ways of working, cross-team coordination, and clear delivery flow are essential. As Scrum Master for two squads, you will help the teams work effectively, remove obstacles, and create the conditions needed for steady progress and continuous improvement.

The role is broader than classic Scrum Master work. You will also support configuration-related requests by working closely with stakeholders, clarifying needs, and turning input into actionable requirements for the development teams. This means you will combine facilitation, coaching, and coordination with a strong understanding of how software teams build and operate modern cloud-based services.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and interact with developers, a Business Analyst, a Solution Architect, and dependent teams across the organization. If you enjoy driving agile maturity while also creating structure around incoming requests and priorities, this is a role where you can make a real impact.

• You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies for two squads, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• You will prepare and lead PI Planning as well as other SAFe and ART-level ceremonies.
• You will remove impediments, shield the teams from unnecessary disruptions, and raise issues when needed.
• You will coach the teams in agile practices and drive continuous improvement in ways of working and delivery.
• You will use team metrics and delivery insights to identify improvement opportunities and support better flow.
• You will coordinate dependencies with other teams to support smooth collaboration across the wider setup.
• You will gather and clarify configuration-related requests from stakeholders and make sure developers receive clear, well-structured input.
• You will maintain visibility in the configuration backlog and communicate priorities and timelines to stakeholders.

• Several years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in software development teams.
• Experience working in SAFe or a similar scaled agile framework, including PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies.
• Experience driving agile maturity and continuous improvement across teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence across team and organizational boundaries.
• Experience eliciting requirements and turning stakeholder needs into clear input for developers.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of databases, including data structures, queries, and how systems store and retrieve data.
• Good understanding of software development and how teams build, test, deploy, and operate modern cloud-based services.
• Experience with production support and incident management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and take ownership.
• Ability to complete required background checks before the assignment begins.
• Fluent English.
