Senior Internal Communications Specialist

You will join a fast-moving tech environment where internal communication plays a key role in driving engagement, clarity, and participation. This role is about making communication happen, not just planning it. You will take ownership of campaign delivery from start to finish and help shape how important learning and development initiatives reach employees, participants, and leaders.

You will work hands-on across several channels and formats, turning complex messages into clear and engaging communication that people actually act on. The assignment suits you if you enjoy high pace, like building momentum around change, and want to have real impact through execution.

• You will drive communication activities for development-focused campaigns and program initiatives.
• You will create and publish communication materials such as SharePoint pages, email content, newsletters, and channel-specific content for Teams and other internal platforms.
• You will produce content in multiple formats, including short videos and participant testimonials.
• You will support the design of communication and workshop materials for learning-related activities.
• You will coordinate with stakeholders, participants, vendors, and other communication resources to gather input and keep delivery moving.
• You will align communication with central guidelines while adapting content to the right target audiences.
• You will help distribute program outcomes through the most effective internal channels.
• You will follow up on reach and distribution and provide reporting on communication activities.

• You have senior experience in internal communications and can work independently from day one.
• You have a proven track record of running communication campaigns, not only supporting them.
• You are highly execution-oriented and comfortable owning delivery end-to-end.
• You are used to driving projects to completion with light direction.
• You are comfortable working in a compressed, high-intensity setting.
• You have experience producing communication in several formats, including short video, testimonials, SharePoint pages, newsletters, email, and Teams channels.
• You have experience coordinating stakeholders and gathering input from different groups.
• You have worked with campaign communication or behaviour-change communication, not only informational updates.
