Project Deployment Leader

We are now looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate for the role of Project Deployment Leader.

This is a consultancy opportunity until December, with a strong possibility of extension. The role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment of multi-category product projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery in line with agreed timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

Job Description

The Project Deployment Leader will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing assigned multi-category product projects according to expected delivery standards and specified timelines. The role will follow and drive the end-to-end Project Management process and best practices to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage assigned multi-category product projects according to agreed delivery standards and timelines.
• Drive the end-to-end Project Management process and best practices to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate Product Commercialization projects, including product maintenance and source change activities.
• Liaise with regional and local functions, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, QA, and Production, to support the development and delivery of new products.
• Ensure no supply shortages, minimal loss, and optimum cost throughout the project.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure clear understanding of project scope, requirements, and milestones.
• Lead project execution and deployment activities.
• Prepare and issue regular project status reports.
• Ensure readiness of new product specifications to enable timely production and delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

• University degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, and/or Supply Chain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of relevant systems and tools.
• Experience with Product Life Cycle Management.
• Ability to work with and manage a high volume of data.
• Strong stakeholder management and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agile, collaborative, customer-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
