This position reports to: IPU Manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with Production Supervisors, production operators, and Production Technicians to support and develop the production. While they focus on daily operations and immediate challenges, you will take ownership of identifying, developing, and implementing improvements that strengthen production performance over time.
