The role

As a Product Manager, your role sits at the intersection of product and clients: you run advertiser onboarding end-to-end, own the delivery and optimization roadmap for the Perform product, and are the person who knows exactly where every campaign, integration, and attribution flow stands. The demand side of this product sits in India - you will work daily with advertisers, agencies and the India commercial team while building with the engineering team in Stockholm.

What you'll do

• Own advertiser onboarding end-to-end - integration requirements, event and attribution setup, campaign configuration, launch readiness and the first weeks of live delivery.
• Run the delivery and optimization roadmap for the Perform stack: campaign delivery intelligence, conversion optimization, pacing and pricing.
• Be the product counterpart for enterprise advertisers and agencies - requirements, timelines, escalations and performance reviews.
• Own attribution and measurement quality - the integrity of the numbers advertisers see is the product.
• Work daily with engineering and data science in Stockholm to turn client needs into shippable, reusable platform capabilities rather than one-off fixes.
• Track and report the commercial funnel: pipeline status, live campaign performance, and revenue against targets.

What you bring in

• Hands-on experience with the adVantage Perform stack or an equivalent performance advertising product - campaign delivery, conversion optimization, and attribution.
• Deep familiarity with the India advertising market - advertisers, agencies, measurement conventions and commercial dynamics.
• Strong execution instincts: you keep many threads moving at once, close loops, and communicate status without being asked.
• Comfort with data - you can query, chart, and sanity-check campaign performance yourself.
• Clear written communication with both technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Willingness to work across Stockholm and India time zones with regular client-facing hours.

Great to have

• Experience inside an ad network, DSP or retail-media platform.
• Exposure to real-time ML systems - bandits, ranking or conversion models - and what it takes to run them for paying customers.
• Experience growing into product ownership from an engineering, data, or analyst background.
