Principal Recruiter – FMCG & FoodTech

Assignment

I am seeking a recruiter to represent me in identifying and securing my next full-time career opportunity. The assignment involves identifying relevant companies and positions, engaging hiring managers and decision-makers, presenting my profile, and supporting the recruitment process through to successful placement.

Responsibilities

• Use existing networks and market knowledge to reach hiring managers, and decision-makers
• Identify suitable career opportunities within product, innovation, strategy, and commercial functions
• Provide market insight regarding companies, roles, and career positioning
• Support communication and relationship-building throughout the recruitment process

Background

Experience recruiting across Europe for commercially oriented roles within Food & Beverage, FMCG, Food Retail, and FoodTech is highly desirable. The ideal partner has a proven track record of recruiting for the following functions:

• Product Manager / Product Strategy
• Innovation Manager
• Brand Manager / Category Manager
• Commercial Strategy
• Business Development
• Strategy / Strategic Planning
• Consumer Insights
• Portfolio Management

Compensation

This is a flexible, success-based assignment. Compensation will be provided through a finder’s fee upon successful placement into a suitable role.
