About the role:

Ready to shape how people experience audio and video? At Lorex Labs, our Media Lab team is building the next generation of media tech, and we need your expertise in signal processing and machine learning to help us push the boundaries.

You'll partner directly with our engineering crews to build robust validation frameworks, fine-tune ML models, and launch innovative products that make a real-world impact. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate machine learning models for real time audio/video processing.
• Train and optimize ML models.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of audio/video processing systems.
• Benchmark models against existing solutions and identify performance issues.
• Document model evaluations, and experimental results.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of evaluation pipelines and dashboards.
• Contribute to the development of innovative products.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in audio and video signal processing and/or machine learning.
• Proficiency in coding with C++ and/or Python.
• Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Great problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in video and audio processing.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies.
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with dataset creation, augmentation, and management.

• Salary range: 60000 - 80000 SEK/month
