As a Customer Support Representative, you will support employees using the Benifex benefits platform across the Nordic markets. You will combine excellent service with structured case handling, proactive problem solving and confident navigation across several systems. Working across phone and email activities, you will help employees resolve questions relating to benefits, purchases and wellbeing allowances.

Based in Stockholm with a hybrid working model, you will join a growing Nordic Support team and build knowledge that can open doors to future career opportunities across Benifex. Four positions are available as part of the team’s continued growth.

• Handle incoming support cases through scheduled phoneand email shifts.

• Support employees with questions relating to benefits, wellbeing allowances, declined receipts, unused purchases and other platform matters.

• Investigate cases proactively using the customer portal, case management tools and internal knowledge sources.

• Provide clear, helpful and professional communication, finding answers independently wherever possible.

• Work in line with customer service agreements and agreed response times, including responding to cases within 48 hours.

• Document cases accurately and take ownership of each matter through to resolution or appropriate escalation.

• Collaborate with colleagues and relevant internal teams to resolve more complex questions.

• Build strong knowledge of Benifex’s products and processes to support your continued development within the organisation.

• Some previous work experience within service, retail, hospitality, customer contact, support, administration or a comparable environment.

• Fluent Swedish and good professional English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication skills, social awareness and a genuine focus on providing a helpful customer experience.

• A proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to use available information to move cases towards resolution.

• Good general digital confidence and the ability to learn new systems and navigate several tools and information sources.

• A calm and considered approach when an answer is not immediately available.

• A reliable, punctual and structured working style.

• A collaborative mindset and openness to giving and receiving feedback.

• The initiative and critical thinking needed to investigate independently, while knowing when to ask for help and providing clear context when doing so.

• Comfort working within scheduled support coverage between 08:00 and 17:00.

• Experience in customer support, a contact centre or another high-volume service environment.

• Experience using CRM, case management or customer portal systems.

• Technical curiosity and an interest in digital tools, systems or basic technology concepts.

• Experience working with service levels, response-time commitments or clearly defined processes.

• An interest in building a long-term career within Benifex across areas such as Customer Success, Technical Support, Configuration or Content.
